Three internal promotions are being held at Natural Delights

Natural Delights(r) has hired three of its team members while the company is experiencing year-over-year growth. The internal changes show the brand’s determination to develop its employees as well as increasing its presence and influence on the market for date.

Bridgette Weber has been elevated to the position of sales and marketing manager. Weber’s leadership within the company’s data management program has enabled her to handle important customer relations directly in the Southeast region where she lives. She continues to be a part of SEPC’s SEPC Next Generation Leadership Academy further demonstrates her commitment to personal as well as professional advancement within the business.

Liam Slavin has advanced to director of business development for senior levels. The new position will see Slavin continues to lead special projects of the sales team, while as a senior manager, he will be responsible for teaching new team members. His dedication to leadership evident by his participation with the upcoming IFPA the Leadership Course.

Carrie Davis has expanded her function to help support more broader finance roles within the firm as an assistant controller. The new duties will enable her to help improve the overall financial health and development of the business through more effective ways.

The promotions are coming in the midst of changes that will expand the market with its offerings and enjoys an established market presence. When the business expands it will also increase its commitment to fostering an energetic and stable work environment in which staff members are able to thrive and expand with the company.
