Delizia’s launch coincides with the booming market for fruit distribution across the Gulf countries, accompanied by changing market conditions and a nation-wide desire to grow locally. Bilal Javaid, the Sales Manager of Global Star, explains how Delizia (r) can be found in the new environment.
Javaid explained to FreshPlaza, “We have identified two major needs within the market for fresh produce within the Gulf countries. In the first place, quality is now increasingly a crucial element in satisfying customer demands. Customers are becoming more demanding and particular about the goods they purchase as well as the products they purchase and services they utilize. They expect reliable, well-constructed products that exceed their expectations and meet their commitments.”
Javaid adds: “Secondly, personalization is becoming more important for customers. Customers are seeking services that are tailored to their individual requirements, desires as well as values. In a connected and data-driven society, consumers are expecting brands to get to know the individuality of their customers and provide them with appropriate and relevant interactions.”
