Heleen van Rijn-Wassenaar from marketing specialist for Peppers in Rijk Zwaan, will speak in the Future Lab on the second day of Fruit Logistica. She will discuss the vast possibilities of the pepper category with regard to variety of taste, genetic diversity and brand recognition. The speaker will update the audience on the latest developments with regard to the sustainability of organic and sustainable production in this area. Based on her experience in marketing and citing examples like the award-winning flavorful, snack-size and delicious chili Tatayoyo, Heleen will provide an inspiration to the pepper category to be as creative like the tomato category was over the past twenty years.
