Mr. Kioleoglou said that “Kenya has the perfect soil and climate for the cultivation of numerous Bamboo species, and that growing Bamboo will have a very positive impact on the Kenyan economy for both large and small scale farmers. In 2015 Global sales of Bamboo related products where valued at over US$50 Billion, and Kenya is in the prime position to take its share of this very lucrative market.
