Frutura is the world’s marketing and sales organization created to provide international customers with top-quality fruits every day of the year it has signed a license arrangement to The Coca-Cola Company. This marks the first time that The Coca-Cola Company has licensed one of their brands to usage in the fresh fruit segment. This agreement allows Frutura to utilize the Minute Maid and Simply brands and will be employed through Frutura’s Dayka & Hackett LLC. Simply is a brand that will be launching in the market as Simply brand will be entering the market under the name Simply Select(tm). Established in 2005, Dayka & Hackett (D&H) is a grower based in California, a manufacturer and retailer of high-quality fruits.
Initially:
- Simply Select will be used for D&H fresh citrus products in the United States.
- Minute Maid can be found to treat D&H grapes that are grown in the United States, and
- Minute Maid will be used to make D&H fresh grapes and citrus in Japan.

D&H has significantly enhanced its citrus offering, introducing areas that are top-quality in clementines citrus, lemons, limes and mangos. Additionally, D&H’s extensive selection of table grapes features the top-rated varieties across both red and green category of seedless grapes. Items featuring Coca-Cola’s Minute Maid and Simply Select imagery will integrate with the brand’s portfolio that D&H already has and are expected to be available at retailers in the 2nd quarter of 2023.
