Nature Fresh announces minority investment through Manulife Investment Management

Nature Fresh Group Inc. (“Nature Fresh”) announces an investment of a minority made by Manulife Investment Management (“Manulife IM”) for the benefit of its clients from the agricultural sector within Nature Fresh. The investment is expected to help in positioning Nature Fresh for further success and leverage the knowledge of both companies to continue growth in the agricultural sector that is controlled.

Peter Quiring will remain the major shareholder of Nature Fresh following the transaction as he said, “We are excited to join forces together with Manulife IM, whose deep understanding and vision for the future of the agricultural sector are in perfect alignment with our vision. The minority investment is an alliance that can enable us to accelerate innovations and increase the value we provide our customers and other stakeholders.”
