Lineage extends its facility to Dallas, Texas

Lineage, a prominent global temperature-controlled industrial REITs and integrated solutions provider, has announced the opening of its newest facility in Lancaster, Texas. The expansion to the Lancaster facility within Dallas County highlights Lineage’s footprint across Texas that now includes around 20 facilities spread over the equivalent of 192 million cubic feet in capacity.

The site of 343,250 square feet at 4150 North. Dallas Avenue will address the diverse needs of customers and needs with more than 25000 pallets and an easy-to-use rack configuration which is built to accommodate large SKU quantities and heavy picking of cases. After it is fully operational, this facility will provide over 65 jobs in support of operation.

Texas,” said Brian Beattie who is Lineage’s President for its North America West operations. “Texas particularly, Dallas is an important connection point within the supply chain. we’re delighted to contribute the most innovative and cutting-edge technology to for optimizing distribution to improve efficiency, and reduce loss to our clients’ operations.”

Lineage’s Lancaster site offers cross-docking, cases picking, order management, EDI, redistribution, the consolidation of freight, controlled transportation and trans-loading. Drop trailers are also available and a generator that is on-site.
