So, within only three years, the volume of Brussels sprouts that were imported into Britain from Morocco has increased 10 times. The amount of Brussels sprouts imported into Britain by 2023 was 1600 tonnes, which earned Morocco $2.2 million in export earnings. It is important to note that in 2023, the data for January through July will be considered in the calculation, as Moroccan Brussels sprouts can be sold throughout this time, respectively for the present year, the season for exports has ended.
