Multiscan will showcase its optical sorter, S60SP, to sort pistachios inside shells. The compact device sorts according to color, size shapes, color, as well as open and close attributes, such as adhering hulls. This improves the overall quality of the product and increase flexibility in production by utilizing three outputs with adjustable settings which save time and flooring area. It is equipped with Multiscan’s SpinSort technology, the S60SP examines using pistachios that rotate 360 degrees in order to identify issues with quality more precisely and effectively. WECO is launching its latest 360Tek optical sorter that can be used to identify blueberries.
