Oxbo acquires Westside Equipment Co

Oxbo has expanded its footprint as well as its product range by buying Westside Equipment Company in Madera, California. This acquisition will improve and expand Oxbo’s international fruit business in order to increase the Oxbo presence in California as well as to further support Oxbo’s vision to become the top choice of customers for specialist harvesters all over the world.

Westside will operate as the existing locations. Customers will be able to continue purchasing items and components through the existing Westside as well as Oxbo channel.

In addition to Westside, Oxbo operates ten manufacturing sites around the world which includes its global headquarters in Roosendaal The Netherlands as well as operates 17 stores and services.
