Axelum Resources Corp., an integrated exporter and manufacturer of coconut products has renewed its partnership to The Vita Coco Co Inc. The goal is to increase the growing global coconut market. The contract reaffirms the existing partnership between the two companies as well as Axelum’s Chairman, Romeo Chan, highlighting its role in strengthening an important business sector. Chan stressed the determination to improve the quality of coconut water and change of coconut water to the most sought-after commodity in the world with the help of technological innovation.

From 2009 onwards, Axelum has been a major supplier to Vita Coco, operating an sophisticated ultra-high temperature processing plant that produces the most popular products, including Original, Farmers Organic, and Pressed Coconut Water. Axelum has also increased the capabilities of its manufacturing facility to accommodate Vita Coco’s ever-growing demand. Michael Kirban, co-founder of The Vita Coco Co. recognized Axelum’s steady results and dependability as a provider. The alliance is expected to propel significant growth in the coming years.

In addition, Metro Pacific Investments Corp. bought the 34.76-percent share in Axelum which will further aid the expansion efforts of Axelum.
