The Welsh council is spending PS6,000 to create the commemorative monument to commemorate the beginning of the picturesque Wales Coastal Path walk. The idea was to look like the size of a huge, sparkling pebble that welcomes hikers on the Welsh coast pathway.
The art piece was instantly compared to a potato wrapped in foil’ by residents. In addition, they are angry to learn that a whopping more than 6,000 dollars of taxpayer’s money is being used to fund the artwork.
